Generates info for Russian verb
- parameters
- asp: aspect (im)perfective
- typ: transitive, intransitive
- corr: the corresponding verb of the opposite aspect
- 1 - 26: entries of the verb forms that can be copied from the tables at ru.wikt
- vav and lijd-perf code for two participles that not every imperfective verb possesses -- need to fix this.
