Teamplaid:Don't edit this line/documentation/variant
The "Don't edit this line XXX" templates are a core part of the automated taxobox system, and so high use, but as of Faoilleach 2019[update], the tool did not count their transclusions, as they are only used from Lua.
Ùsaid - Usage
Templates in the "Don't edit this line XXX" family are used to extract information from a taxonomy template (i.e. a template whose name is of the form "Teamplaid:Taxonomy/taxon"). They are invoked by calling a taxonomy template with |machine code=XXX
, since the first line of every taxonomy template begins
{{Don't edit this line {{{machine code|}}}|...
They are intended only for use by the automated taxobox system. They are mostly used from within Mòideal:Autotaxobox.
